I paid for the 1 week access but none of the tests pages could be loaded. Account does not exist because details are only stored in the cookies and obviously password reset doesn't work.24/7 contact is garbage - no response at all. All correspondence stopped after I paid. I have made a local police report.
Please do not spend your money on Job TestPrep, I paid for it and it was not what I expected it to be. The test I took had nothing on the TestPrep I purchased. I am requesting for a refund back and now they are giving me the run around that they cannot find my information. Please review carefully before purchasing.
Update: they did help my so get back on the site after my review so thank you for the help. My son paid for 3 months and used JobTestPrep for about a month. Then the site went down and there was no response when he emailed for help. Are you out of business or is this just poor service?
Waste I just just purchased this and no one can help me. I have zero access to any materials I have sent serveral emails and calls to the info@jobtestprep and nothing. I am working on a BBB complaint and I have someone working on investigating this.
GBP 39 for just 6 practice tests? That doesn't seem good value. I completed the 6 numerical reasoning tests in a couple of hours. I would expect 100's for that price over a week...The format is ok, some errors and some sticky buttons which is also frustrating. Overall this just feels like a rip off.
