My experience with customer service has been great! They are quick to respond and very understanding. The program and material are so easy to navigate and understand. I was a bit nervous about completing my test for which I am studying for. But, now that I have this program to study from, I feel so confident that I will do good on the test! Thank you so much JTP!!
While the information was helpful, I wasted 2.5 hours of time that could have been spent studying trying to log in and gain access to the information that I paid for. It was a very frustrating experience. I would probably recommend trying a different company if you have limited time to study like I did. Very expensive to have so many technical issues. I wasn't able to log in, even though my computer saved the password that I had created, so I know it was being entered correctly. It took more than an hour for that issue to get fixed and once it was, I did not have access to the material that I had purchased. You cannot call anyone, you just have to put in tickets and wait for email responses.
I came across the link for JobTestPrep & decided to check it out. I was looking for a free website to practice for the CritiCall 911 dispatcher test. When I first investigated this site, I was a bit apprehensive because I couldn't afford to be scammed. It, at first, seemed like a lot of money to use this service. I decided to give it a try. I was able to practice all 14 modules that would be on the actual test. I went in to take the exam & I PASSED! The practice modules were very similar to the actual exam modules & during practice, I was able to read the explanations for any wrong answers. So, when taking the test, I remembered the explanations & it helped tremendously! I now believe it was worth every dollar I spent. I WOULD recommend JobTestPrep to anyone looking to take the CritiCall exam! Thanks JobTestPrep! 😃
I had never heard of the AMCAT and applied to a software development engineering program through my work that required me to take the test. My job gave me a practice sheet, I got almost every practice question wrong! Job test prep helped me re-wire my way of thinking about the questions.
