If I could give this zero stars I would. I have had my Naks hood for around 5 years in my pizza shop. I've owned my business for over 20 years. I have to replace the belt on the motor on the roof 2-4 times per year. My old hood I never changed it in over 10 years. I contacted hood mart and they said this is totally normal!!! What??!! I paid over 5k for something that needs repair constantly. Tomorrow I have to go on the roof that is covered in ice and snow and replace the belt that this time lasted 2 months!! I have tried literally every brand of belt they make. Longest I have had one last is maybe 8 months. I would not recommend my worst enemy to buy a Naks hood. I can't be anymore serious. The frustration this hood has caused is beyond words!! JUNK!! Absolutely do not buy from this company!!
