I ordered a tablecloth and received a cut length of Orla Kiely fabric. This was not explicit in the description but it seems it is in the FAQs (who reads those when ordering). It would have been cheaper to order from John Lewis with free delivery. This delivery was quick but expensive, I now have to pay to have it hemmed locally. If you are buying oilcloth fabric it should state fabric and not a tablecloth.

Quick to take money, slow to deliver

I ordered 2 table cloths and a set of table clips on the 17th March, no bias binding or anything special. I got an email on the 19th with the invoice and the payment left my bank. I checked the shipment tracking number (supplied with the invoice) several times but it was invalid. I then recieved an email on the 23rd saying that one of the patterns I'd chosen had a flaw and they were replacing the roll. This we obviously annoying but understandable. I asked for the remainder of my order to be delivered in the meantime and was assured it would be. This was a week ago and I have recieved no dispatch email or parcel. I'm a little annoyed that they were so quick to take my money but 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for any part of my order.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Always a quick delivery but obviously with Covid a little bit of delay but expected. Love the variety of tablecloth’s I have purchased over the last 12 months and lots of styles to choose from.
