After initially recieving a tablecloth that didn't fit our table - completely our fault as we didn't measure it correctly - Jolee Tablecloths were kind enough to offer not only to take back the wrong size one but also happily and efficiently replace it with a new one of our choosing in the correct size. Communication and customer service were excellent throughout and we could not recommend this company highly enough.
We have waited 6 weeks for our tablecloth to be delivered... we were patient at first after being told there was an issue with the material but weeks later we’ve still not heard anything. We have tried to contact them & we have had no response. Not happy at all.
Spent £40 on an orla kiely print oilcloth tablecloth. One meal (just pasta with a passata sauce) and its stained. It does seem some things will get it out such as toothpaste but they can also leave a mark. Please be aware that you will need a covering if you intend to eat tomato based sauces.*company has kindly now partially refunded the price and is providing a covering*
