I managed to get most of my things and the staff were lovely as always however I could have done with more small treat that werent wagg and I definitely needed better live food the ones out were all dead they would last better with a few water balls in them live food is very hard to get in chesterfield I was hoping to save myself having to go all the way to Mansfield
I have had a few purchases now from the tulip south park shop Leeds firstly a fish tank which is fantastic and the price was brilliant. The staff at this shop are so helpful and friendly ☺️ I would certainly recommend jollys at tulip south park Leeds and there app is very good to 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
As a regular customer of this shop for items for my dog I always find the stock low, and the employees unhelpful, particularly the deputy manager who was quite frankly argumentative and was unsure of where items were. Disappointing and I think I will try and alternative pet shop in st helens
So much choice. All the amazing toys & food & everything else in there for dogs & cats are a million times better than anything I've seen on Amazon. Plenty of parking unlike retail parks which are huge traffic gridlocks. Take a visit to purchase some stuff for your pet and make it into an outing, grab a Subway inside the SPAR & visit the Barnardo's charity shop, there is a pharmacy there too, fish & chip shop, amazon lockers you name it, all next door!
The team was both supportive and welcoming. I was unsure whether the store carried frozen natural dog food, so I inquired with a staff member. She kindly directed me to the section and offered further assistance, which was appreciated. There was a great variety of the food I was looking for. My dog loved her meal, so I plan to purchase more regularly.
Fantastic store with friendly staff. They offer an excellent selection of frozen food for dogs, though it could improve with more options for cats, as their dietary needs differ. The dried food selection for cats can be inconsistent. Other retailers perform better in this area. It would be great if they could provide delivery to the FK5 area.
I choose this store because they consistently have the dog food brand I prefer, always available, with a friendly and professional staff. I wouldn't receive this level of service anywhere else, which is why I keep coming back. Thank you! 😊
We required a prescription dog food and understood the necessity for it. After being disappointed by a delivery from another service, we sought a nearby substitute temporarily. Despite the staff being busy restocking shelves, they were incredibly helpful in locating a suitable alternative. A heartfelt thank you for their kindness.
