I'm reluctantly leaving a negative review due to poor customer service I've experienced recently. Normally, I wouldn't bother, but this situation warrants it. The quality of the food has always been excellent, and up until recently, the service was manageable. I've been ordering for over a year for my two dogs, who require high-quality food due to health issues. Recently, my delivery didn't arrive as scheduled, and I discovered my order hadn't even been shipped without any notification. This led to several frustrating exchanges with customer support regarding order quantities due to a recent packaging change. I ended up with a short order and expensive boxes, leaving me in a difficult situation. The food is great, but the service has deteriorated significantly, which is disappointing.
We've been ordering from a specific service for a long time, and their consistency has been impressive. The new, more user-friendly website has made ordering even easier, which I appreciate. Deliveries always arrive on time and perfectly frozen—any issues have been due to a courier mix-up, not the service itself. My dog loves everything we've tried. The only downside is that I miss being able to return the old wool liners for reuse, but I understand it's not economical anymore. Overall, I highly recommend this service—great company, excellent products, and outstanding service.
I've been buying dog food from this service for at least a year, and my dog absolutely loves it! The quality is excellent, with various meat combinations available. We also buy treats that my dog particularly enjoys, especially the beef and rosehip ones, which are easy to break into smaller pieces due to their soft texture. The packaging is recyclable, and I just rinse the meat packs before disposing of them. The delivery keeps the products cold, and all packaging can be recycled.
