Jovs was incredibly quick to respond to my email with the questions that I had with the EMF shorts. They were quick and thorough in resolving my issues. That makes me feel very confident in ordering from this company in the future.
I had problems with the shorts, customer service has super quick getting back to me and willing to help. I sent the video showing the problem and they told me that they’re going to send me another shorts. I haven’t received yet but so far I appreciate the customer service. Let’s hope they ship me the shorts as promised 🤞🏻

I purchased both the face and the neck and chest devices. Could see an improvement with my skin right away!!! had an issue with my neck and chest device and emailed them in hopes they would resolve my issue. They did so in more than a timely manner. Great product and great customer service!!!
I’ve own 3 products of this company and customer services is really helpful and fast responded . So I have issue with the EMS pants it didn’t work properly and they about to send me the new pair. I’m going to write review about lifting mask when I try on later .,

TOTAL scam. BUYER BEWARE!! First of all, products are sized by Asian standards, which means they are tiny. The shorts and pants will not fit an adult female over a US size 6-8. Furthermore, if it does not fit THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. DO NOT purchase from them.
