I've been a customer for the past two years, and everything I've received has been authentic, arriving within a week. They offer a good variety and quality of products. However, I have noticed that prices are rising; for instance, the Amouage selection saw a jump with Enclave increasing from 200 euros to 250 euros, along with other items. I wish they could maintain their previous pricing. Additionally, the discount for new accounts has decreased from 10% to 5%. It would also be great if they could expand their range to include more brands like nasomatto, Francesca Bianchi, Meo fuscini, and other unique fragrances. Overall, it's a solid website with authentic products, but there’s room for improvement.

The authenticity QR code on the product was so scratched that it couldn't be read. It seems like someone tampered with the packaging before I received it. I've noticed the samples from other places last much longer than the full bottles from this service. I plan to report this to the relevant authorities.
For the third consecutive time, my phone number was incorrectly listed on the label. I had even emailed them beforehand with the correct information, but they didn't respond. Despite the good products, the customer service remains terrible. I've reached out multiple times about this issue and received no replies. I won't be ordering from them again.
