This is the worst company with which I've ever done business. After reading all the reviews, I have the same problem everyone else does.They do not follow through with their orders or their promises. They just take your money and then drop you. I ordered the product almost 2 weeks ago and it's still sitting with a printed shipping label, but it never has left their location. I'm getting NO WHERE with their poor not so customer service.
These kind of people need to be put out of business and if you are smart, you will run as fast as you can and don't look back. Cathryn...what a pathetic legacy you leave!!!

They are terrible with their customer service. I emailed them directly after receiving my first shipment, letting them know. I will contact them for the second not to mail immediately. They sent me a confirmation email confirming the change. Afterwards they sent out another shipment charging my card saying that the second order was already placed before the cancellation. These people are horrible will not order from them any longer.

My bag was underweight. Zoe was extremely snarky and provided zero help. Catharine Arnston is so passionate about the science aspect. I’m just appalled at her company from a business perspective. Very disappointed. So so disappointed in her business.

I was sent the wrong product Recovery…

I was sent the wrong product, Recovery bits instead of Energy bits. They with receipt of my email including pictures , very quickly responded and quickly sent me the correct product . I also got to keep the first product and plan on trying that also. They have a great very responsive customer service. I have just started the Energy bits and do like it .

Worst customer service I ever had…

Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. I'm in Canada, ordered 4 weeks ago... they choose a carrier that was on strike... They switched to UPS. UPS sends my package to Bucharest! And They trying to tell me its probably the best route to get to me! Carrier are part of your responsabilities, not mine. You are as good as your last mile delivery, until it's in my hands and your responsability. I requested a refund ans cancellation order and they wont issue it. Been waiting for almost 6 weeks now and no movement, neither on m,y package or the company. It is ridiculous. Own your process. Issue me a refund and cancel my order. Never will I ever refer this product.
