They are very helpful in the way of explaining everything in details. This was my first time ordering something with joyagoo and I didn’t knew beforehand how the whole process would go. In the app they explain it great in details, from the start when buying something, to it being in the warehouse, and till being delivered (and between those steps are way more details that they will share with you, to keep you updated on the status of you package). I highly recommend using joyagoo!

Made on order on Joyagoo on the 10th of August. Parcel didn’t arrive until the 11th of September and ended up being completely wrong and didn’t have any of the items I originally ordered in at all and instead came with things I didn’t want a way lesser quantity. So on the whole I wasted my money on things I didn’t want and need and was given someone else’s parcel. To wait a month for the right things isn’t good enough but to wait a month for the wrong items is completely infuriating. I’ve emailed joyagoo’s support team and haven’t had anything back in a few days. Won’t EVER use this site again and anyone seeing this, no matter how good the reviews are you may see you CANNOT trust this website as they will make you wait a lot of time and spend a lot of money to get things you didn’t order and then not even respond to you when you inquire about it. Absolute joke.
