Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. Points for Poppo live bought twice. Account was not reloaded and neither confirmation email received. Money went out of bank for transactions. Firstly had to wait 2 days to get a response from a WhatsApp chat. Then an agent performed checks, mentioned points have been deposited me or refunded to the account. However I was still left hanging. Went in and out of the chat to check if points were there and the agent closed the matter. Spoke to another agent m, sent screenshot and proof of payment from bank account and the still asking for more proof as if people are lying to them. As a distributor If they can’t perform checks on their side and waiting for me to send them a proof when I didn’t receive any transaction email also trusting them wouldn’t take screenshots after transactions. I have done some many transactions in the past and with joytify itself but this is the first time I’ve encountered this issue, and unfortunately a very bad service was provided when asked for support. Losing a customer that reloads daily.
