I still haven't received my 200 diamonds from joyify everything was going good on the with the payments now I still haven't received my 200 diamond I had to ask 100 times for the 500 diamonds yesterday now I have to ask for the 200 they still having gave me! This is very unfortunate!I also sent them emails of receipts and on there website still haven't received my 200 diamonds this not right
thought my friend to recharge for me to top up for me but she did but they refuse to recharge it for her after she finish paying that is 6250 diamond but they refuse to top it off for her or refund the money what kind of scammers are they they should refund the money or they should talk off for her so that her customers will not be insulting her
Worst customer care ever!! Bought some packages for ragnarok games, but for some reason the link doesn’t work after the payment went through!. Literally took 3 days with little to none response from CS on whatsapp and email. Dont wanna deal with this type of scam anymore, better dispute the transaction through my bank since i pay for nothing and they responded right away
