the first few times I’ve bought off of here it was a quick process, however all of a sudden it’s been taking well over 40 minutes and I have still not gotten the genisis crystals I’ve bought, I’ve texted both email and WhatsApp and they’ve ghosted me on both.
Purchased MLBB diamonds worth 250 Dias yet it was not credited in my Mobile legend account. Reported it to customer service and promptly send an email to provide screenshots to report that my payment push through but the diamonds suppose to be credited did not happen. I want a full refund.Addendum : Already provided my bank details, transaction was successfully processed but actual refund did not happened.
