Well, so far so good. Bought a cheap pack for MLBB and got it immediately. Only had to set my account to EU region and pay with PayPal, because my bank refused to pay up :/.. but PayPal worked fine
I purchased a digital code for PC Game Pass from PC Game Pass 3 Months Subscription, expecting a redeemable UK/EU or Global digital key, as I'd specified my Region on their website. The product page did NOT mention any regional restrictions or limitations. Based on that, I assumed I was buying a legitimate code I could redeem on my UK Microsoft account.After purchase, the code did not work due to regional locking, something not disclosed anywhere in the product listing.When I contacted Joytify by both email and WhatsApp, I received only copy-and-paste responses that did not address my specific issue or refund request.I repeatedly explained that the listing was misleading and that the code was unusable in the UK. Instead of providing a refund or a replacement code that actually works for my region, the responses were generic and irrelevant, showing a lack of understanding and care for genuine customer concerns.As a UK consumer, I expect:- accurate product descriptions- full disclosure of regional restrictions- appropriate support when a product is not fit for purposeUnder the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital products must be as described and fit for the purpose. A product that cannot be redeemed because of undisclosed region locking is neither. Even when purchasing from overseas vendors, UK consumers are entitled to remedies (refund, repair, replacement) for products that are not as described or faulty.Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen (Consumer Protection Law) applies to e-commerce and digital purchases in Indonesia. This law requires that goods or services sold must be as described and meet what the seller promises. It also includes the right to compensation if those obligations aren’t met.Neither of the above have been adhered to in this instance.I’m posting this review to highlight:- the misleading listing- the lack of meaningful customer support- the vendor’s refusal to issue a refund for an unusable digital codeIf Joytify wants to maintain any credibility with international customers, I urge them to:- update product listings with clear region information- provide real customer service responses- issue fair refunds when products are unusable due to lack of disclosureUntil those issues are addressed, I can’t recommend this site to other buyers.

The 10x guarantee is just a marketing scheme I guess because I had an issue that should qualify but instead I’ve been ignored. I have screenshots and a timeline for everything but they stopped responding when I sent it to them.Update 1/10 - Yes I did receive my purchase however it was 12 hours after I was charged. 10 hours after I first contacted support, and done manually. I showed screenshots of the multiple messages between customer service and I, proof of purchase, that the website itself said the transaction has expired even thought it was flagged as paid. That clearly shows an error with the system and not me as I was charged immediately yet had to have my purchase sent manually 10-12 hours later. I sent proof of everything and have made 5+ attempts to contact customer service to explain how my situation could possibly not qualify but I am just told to send another tickets and wait to hear back.Update 2/18 - Still never resolved. Nobody can tell me why they aren’t honoring their promise. All I’ve been told is to resubmit, which I have done 4 times without ever even getting a response. That or they say well you have your purchase now as if that makes it ok that their word means nothing. I have spent over 3k USD with this company and I never actually thought I would have an issue that actually deserved the 10x promise,but I believed that it was legit, and always thought that was a very cool policy. What a disappointment. Well that’s the last time I will ever use or recommend this service again.
