Review Time
I purchased 2 cups, with one i have used already other is put up for a gift. The one I am using is nice and keeps ice well. Only issue i had was the box they were shipped in were fine but both boxes the cups are actually in we torn. Not a big deal for one i was using since I was going to keep the box but the one that's a gift I have to give it with a torn up box.
I ordered a mug from them it was delivered damaged. The box the mug was in and the mug was damaged, but the outer shipping box was not damaged. It appears to have been damaged before shipment. I wrote customer service the day I received the damaged mug and did not get a response, waited a few days and wrote again for a follow up, Again no response. It appears they don't care about shipping damaged products or responding to their customers (or used to be customers)
Don't charge for something called "rushed standard" and not "rush" the shipping. No one contacted to tell me my address was "incorrect" until I emailed the day it was supposed to arrive and I checked tracking to see it hasn't even been processed yet in their system.
