Review Time
The wait time on receiving the product is excessive. I understand there are circumstances that can effect the delivery but this has happened each time I have ordered a product. This order did not arrive on time like the tracking had mentioned.It was supposed to be here on Saturday and it never arrived.
The cup is great and the recipient is happy with it.The company fell far short of expectations. Pre-ordering should not be such an issue. Placed the order mid-June for a mid-July ship timeframe. Heard nothing. I sent two messages through their site to ask about the item and verify the shipping timeframe. Radio silence. The item shipped at the beginning of August and only AFTER I began an inquiry through the e-commerce platform. Once the platform was involved, surprisingly (/s), my item became available for shipping. Their initial response? 'We don't see messaging from you.' Okay. I get it. Had the platform inquiry form offered the ability to attach both requests for information, I certainly would have included them; that was not an option.Uncommunicative, then combative when called out for it. Satisfactory item. Unsatisfactory vendor.
This is the FOURTH time I have had to email about this orderThis is the LAST time I will order ANYTHING from Juggy due to this experience I do understand that I placed a pre-order; that was on July 10th. I heard NOTHING until July 31st when I received an email from Juggy saying my order was being shipped and a label was created with USPS. That was ONE WEEK ago; and according to Juggy and USPS…….thr product has not moved out of Utah this entire time!!! What is going on?!
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of my conversation with the representative in June. I placed an order in April to receive two tumblers in late June. I still have not received them. When I called in June, the kind representative told me they were delayed due to the tariffs. I had not known they were delayed until he told me. I cannot track my order by using the confirmation number and email. It said the order cannot be found with the given information. I sent an email to Juggy Support to verify the order had the correct email address because my Apple Pay auto corrected the email. After sending a follow up email, they replayed and I was told that they had it and I was receiving emails. I am receiving emails, but was unable to track the order. I received an email to let me know the order is arriving soon. In the future, I would have liked more communication to know when the order has been delayed. I’m not really sure how to fix the order tracking information.
There could have been more communicationI have bought from Juggy many times. I love your product. But this presale was something else. I waited a very long time for the product to be made, and then when I get the email that my jug had shipped (7/31/25) there has been no shipping and no update as of today (08/06/25). It should not take almost a week to be packaged and shipped. I can get better service other places.
