Fast delivery, the cups are exactly as beautiful in person as advertised. This is my 3rd purchase for myself and friends. I also am on the list to be made aware when one of the book cups is available again as it is sold out. These are durable cups, I've never had them spill when knocked over. I absolutely love them and the price is decent.
The lid to my Juggy broke when I foolishly had it on top of my car and it fell, the body is very durable, but sadly the side of the lid didn't survive the fall. My fault, not JUGGY's. To make the situation worse, I know this is a limited edition item. I reached out on a whim to see if maybe they had a replacement lid in stock - and if there was somehow I could buy one. It's rare, but I've reached out to other companies for stuff and it's a tossup whether or not they'll go the extra mile to back up their product. A representative from JUGGY said that they would check their warehouse and see if they could find a lid that would match! A day later and they emailed AND called me to tell me they had success in finding a replacement. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me find a lid - I love that the people there are willing to help so that you can extend the life of their products. And by the way - I always get compliments on my water bottle!
Absolutely the perfect cup! It was like it was made just for my daughter in law. She loved it! This cup was exactly as it was described. I liked being updated through the whole process and will definitely be ordering more cups. Great experience throughout.
This is a birthday gift for my sister. She is a licensed beautician and has her own business. She will love this. I have to hang onto it for a little bit before her birthday, but I wanted to make sure I got it.. I love that your company is honest trustworthy, and the quality I do own on myself and it’s still like brand new and I’ve had it for two years. Cannot beat this! I loved the selection. Juggy offers specific themes…and doesn’t charge more them. My husband LOVED his Trumpbler!! The receiver of the “baker” tumbler loved hers as well! They're well built. My husband had solid ice in his tumbler the next day.
