Such a cute design. I immediately opened it up and used it. Kept my water nice and freezing over night and I love the accessories it came with. I happened to contact customer service about this order as it was taking a little longer and was immediately helped out by the team. Two different people emailed me to let me know it wasn't a scam and the reason for the delay.
The product is great! I fell in love with my Juggy! I would just say the only down side was the time it took to receive it. I understand that was out of their control but other than that, I am very happy. Their response time to my emails when I was following up was very fast and professional.
I bought two cups. The nursing cup and the realtor cup. I will start out by saying I LOVE MY CUPS! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I didn't receive my charms that were supposed to come with my REALTOR cup. This was even after I had a complaint about how long it was taking for me to receive my products. When I voiced my concern, JUGGY got right on it and got my order sent out, even refunding shipping and promising me a free gift. I received the free gift, but not the charms that were supposed to come with my order.
