I ordered a new vape mod for my wife on Thursday, hoping to receive it by Tuesday for her birthday, with 24-hour delivery. I received a call late the next day informing me that the item was out of stock, and I was given the option to choose a different color or wait until Monday or Tuesday for a new shipment. I opted to wait, but then received two more calls on Monday saying the desired model was discontinued, with more color options offered. During both calls, I requested a refund. I eventually received a full refund about five days later, so I can't really complain about that. I deducted a star because I was able to order and pay for an item that wasn’t in stock; they were quick to take my money but slow to process the refund.
