A highly disappointing experience. We invested over £1000.00 in a high-end juicer, but it arrived with a manufacturing defect. The customer service was inadequate—communication was confusing, aimed at avoiding accountability and dragging on. The issue remains unresolved.
The customer service was appalling. I received a machine with an EU plug, which caused issues when it malfunctioned. The manufacturer stated my warranty was invalid, and the supplier dismissed my complaint without resolution. I've never experienced such frustrating treatment and will continue to share my negative experience.
