The site that I purchased this back from was a beautiful site. I purchased a bag and as soon as the shipping notice got sent to me i noticed it was from China which 1st thing I wouldn't receive it for about 3 weeks and 2nd I knew the quality was not going to be what I expected. This bag was a complete loss for 1 thing it was not leather at all 2nd it wasn't even the color I ordered 3rd the stitching was all off and 4th the dimensions were not what it said on the site. I contacted customer service a few times and they did get back to me but that was about it. So i went to the post office to return it and it was a $32.00 dollar shipping fee which I refuse to pay, I contacted them again and they offered me 20% back. I WILL never use this bag its so cheap looking its not funny, I will get my 20% back and ditch the bag. I am warning you do not purchase from this site it is a total scam.
Fraudulent CoFirst, I think your company is a very fraudulent company!! When you look online at the purses you are selling they look like leather purses that you would buy from Nordstrom !!!! Second, I do not think you are going out of business third, my daughter told me this site looks like an AI site with fictitious people Allison is the name on my order I have doubts she’s even a realPerson!! When I opened my purse after a long wait to even get it I was shocked to see the black purse that looked like it was for a five year old and then the zipper even separated while it was zipped all I did was touch the zipper so in my opinion this purse is garbage !!!! Also I am very upset that I had to pay 22.00Just to return the purse to you !! I received the purse from a california address which would have been less expensive to mail. I, On the other hand had to return it to an international address costing me a lot more money than it did you this is also fraudulent!! I am leaving this note as my review and including you copy of postage and mailing document in with this note and have included copy of documents in the return. Honestly I think you have mistreated me and I deserve a much bigger better leather Nordstrom type purse FREE but I do not think that will happen because your company does not even make purses like Nordstrom sells !PROVING that I am correct in calling your company a fraudulent company. My bank has deposited my 41.65 in my account this means I paid 22.00 for nothing!!!!! I will not deal with your company again and I hope no one else does either this is Unacceptable !!IF YOU ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS I CAN SEE WHY !!Thanks for your time.
This is a SCAM. Products are NOT leather. Ships from a warehouse in California. Bills from UK-GBR. Won't honor 30day no questions asked return policy. Offers "discounts" of 10 or 20% when buyer complains. Won't give a digital return label. Instructs buyer to return items to CHINA, with buyer paying shipping and customs fees. AND, instructs buyer to undervalue for customs, which is FRAUD.
unfortunately $150 later I fell for this scam. There is no Junie working in her leather shop. The bags are flimsy dried out leather if it is leather, doesn't smell like leather... mailed from China. To return you must pay customs and return fee back to China. The whole thing is a scam to take advantage of American buyers.
I was under the impression based on the description of the Junie Boutique that the product I ordered was handmade leather in the USA. I tracked the package and was shipping from China...WHAT!!! The product that I received is not leather. This is a scam.
I have been in touch with seller (Junie Bags). They sent me a tracking number that doesn't work. Went to my local post office and was told that tracking number was not one of theirs! Junie Bags is a scam website. BEWARE as you may never receive what you pay for. This operation is phony!!
Anyone who falls for this AI generated picture of "Junie" should not be permitted to own a credit card. "Junie" and others like her have been retiring for several years now and they all moved to China.Their warehouse address for these cheap fake products is 2340 S Eastern Ave, Commerce, CA 90040.
