I ordered what was claimed to be an authentic leather bag, but what I got was a low-quality vinyl product. When I requested a return, I was offered a 10% discount, which I declined. They then increased it to 20%, but I still refused. Eventually, they sent me a return label to a location overseas, stating that I would have to cover the return shipping, which would cost 50% or more of the purchase price. I feel scammed. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
This company is fraudulent. Do not order from them. They do not follow their cancellation policy, which states that if you email them within 30 minutes of placing an order, they will cancel it. They do not, claiming the order is processing. Please report this company to the relevant authorities and dispute the transaction with your credit card provider. I hope this information helps.
100% a scam. They don't even try to conceal it. The label was carelessly placed over something in a foreign language. There are no returns. If you reach out to them, they will try to persuade you to forgo a return, offering a small refund, after which they stop responding to emails. Is there any solution other than writing this review?
I rate this company 0 stars, not one star. It should be shut down. I received an unattractive plastic handbag that I now have to pay to return. There is no Joanie, these bags are made of plastic, in China. It shipped from China into JFK airport.
Ordered what was supposed to be quality leather only to receive inferior quality , smelly leather.One zipper was broken, color was different than ordered. The entire purchase was not what was ordered or expected. Because of return shipping costs it is not worth the time nor effort to return so will need to eat the cost because the purse is such poor quality it is not giftable to anyone.
I dont want to give any star, very bad product like plastic and the return policy is scamthey using picture of somebody else and picture of bags as well. hope they will catch them.this kind of scam wont last long , will see the karma is coming.so many ladies got their scam.beware ladies
