The items ordered were not as described. The items were very cheaply made, non-leather items, sold as genuine leather. Researching, many of the images are AI-generated. When asked for a return for a refund, their reply was a 20% discount. To return the product to China, the cost $71.00. Several similar websites list the same items and images.
DO NOT ORDER... I agree 1000% with all of the 1 star review and negative reviews. While I did not order from this company (but a similar one) who used the same AI images (Karen bags and Grace's bags websites). These bags are cheap quality and not representative of the pictures on the site. The bottom of my bag started peeling after 1 use. Comes from CHINA and not made in US as they made it seem in the advertisement. DO NOT ORDER!!!!! Don't get scammed.
This Junie's Boutique is a SCAM. DO NOT buy from them. I bought a pocketbook for my daughter's birthday present and then 3 pocketbooks for me. Have received the first one and not the last 3. Took about a month to arrive and like the other reviewers, I didn't know it was a scam until I saw the shipping from China. The one purse I have received is cheap and thin. Not sure if it is leather. PLEASE protect your money.
Should be NO STARS. TOTAL SCAM Website. Do not fall for this. The products are CHEAP PLASTIC. They are advertised as "top quality genuine leather". What you receive is PVC PLASTIC. It's actually laughable how cheap and pathetic these bags are. Grocery store reusable bags are of better quality. When you try to return them, you get an address in China, with very complicated instructions to return. Even though the address on the package is from Commerce CA. I returned my bag to the Commerce CA address, and it came back to me saying "no longer in business". STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS scam Company.
This company claims " crafted by hand in my small workshop". When I saw tracking information for my order was from China, I became uneasy. Nowhere on the website do they mention this. NO TRANSPARENCY with the customer until after the order shipped & I mentioned this to them..THEN I wanted to return for refund & was told I would have to ship it back to China & am responsible for shipping & customs fee. I was informed that China is where the headquarters& production center is. (does that sound like someone is going out of business or crafted in a small workshop?) Almost $50 to ship & tracking stops once the package gets to customs.
Before I ordered from Junie’s website, I checked online for reviews. I found none so I ordered from them. When my first bag arrived, almost 3 wks from when I ordered it, I rechecked for reviews and found Trust Pilot’s reviews. I was horrified to see the rating (1.9) and read all of angry customers reviews. So this morning, I sent an email to Junie’s Boutique. This was my email:Good morning. I received my Kim’s Masterpiece/Classic Bag week before last and waited to reach out to you until I received my Lorena’s Modern Chic/Stylish Leather Bag.I want to express my dismay and anger over my Kim bag. First, in an email I asked if you could make this bag for me in your “brown” color as shown in your brown Clara Vintage Crossbody Bag, instead of the ugly mustard color shown on your website. “Sophie” assured me you could but when I received it, it was the ugly mustard color. And it’s not even leather. Just some unknown material. I love the style but will never use this bag.So when I received the Lorena bag, I was delighted that the bag SEEMS to be leather as it smells and feels like leather. This is a Christmas gift for my daughter.Before I purchased from you, I looked online for reviews but couldn’t find any. After I received my cheap fake Kim bag, I found reviews on Trust Pilot and your rating is a 1.9.All the reviews I read were made by angry customers who were scammed by you. And customers mentioned the same scam websites offering bags with same history of the owners retiring, blah, blah, blah. Do the names Grace and Joan ring a bell? All pictures of “owners” appear to be AI.So I needed to wait until I calmed down to send you this email. Feel sure you laugh all the way to the bank when unsuspecting American customers purchase from you. Shame on you and one day, you’ll reap what you sow.I’ve learned my lesson after being scammed by this corrupt company, and hope you have too. And from now on, I’ll always check TrustPilot’s reviews before buying.
SCAM. I git sucked in by the last ad about somebody retiring and selling off inventory. I bought two bags, neither of which were tr real leather. The one, the zipper.broke within weeks rendering the bag useless. The other looks really cheap - Walmart quality at best, but really junkie. Customer Service was non-responsive.
I would give this a negative review. I to got sucked in my the "creative" marketing and advertising. The product is not make in USA, it is made in China!!! The product is poorly made and not leather. The indicate they offer a refund within 30 days, however, they keep 10% and their site is very vague in what they offer!! Beware anyone thinking they are getting a good deal on any of the products!!!
Is there any rating lower than 1 star/. If so my review would be -10. Yes - MINUS 10. This is not the only scam probably all from the same source. Barbara Smith is "retiring" and has all her "handmaid jewelry" on sale at huge discounts. Another "jeweler' has the very same "hand made Jewelry" pn sale as she is retiring. Several others are selling their"handmade leather bags" oh excuse me plastic bags on sale as they are retiring. I lost a lot $500.00 of jewelry because I fell for it and "bought" my Christmas presents -- except I got no jewelry and lost my $500.
Fellow Americans do not get fooled by this phony advertisement. I ordered a brown backpack was charge $75. The picture is far from the real bag I received. It was ugly very poor craftmanship and lowest quality item I ever purchase in my entire shopping history. When I tried to return the item they tried so hard to bargain for giving me back 20% off which is $15. Trust me the bag don't even worth $20. I just let them give me the 20% of what I paid just to forget about all this bad experience. Think twice before opening junieboutique.com. Best if you shop to Marshall or TJMaxx they have much better leather and designer bag for third of the price of the junieboutique.com. I don't want you to get too dissapointed like I did. The item ship from China. It takes 3 weeks to arrive. I hope you find this review useful before you waste you money.Dissatisfied Customer.
