I paid £10 for an answer and subsequently was charged £35 for a subscription that I did not want. I tried to contact the company for a refund but it's impossible to get a reply other than from a bot. I should be eligible for a refund as there is a 14 day cooling off period in which to cancel a subscription. Poor customer service.

In reply I was offered to pay and wait for 5-15 minutes.my question was a sort of approached one hour later. No help. Apparently, I realised I was in the wrong place to seek help. But you won't be told that.

me to get some over the counter medication when I’ve already done that and told you so, seemed pointless. Asking me to pay for the‘advice’ I already knew is just a con. And leaving me without any direction doesn’t help me at all. I shall not be referring your‘service’ to anyone.

I was asked for my card details, because they charge £1. I thought oh that’s good. Then before the

I was asked for my card details, because they charge £1. I thought oh that’s good. Then before they connected me to a person to deal with my problem, it went to £30. I refused, and sorted the problem myself,
They then proceeded to take £30 from my account. Then another 2 £30.
I couldn’t get contact with them, until I went to my bank.
They have now refunded £30, I am fighting for the rest .
Do not get in touch with them , they trick you 😡
