I’ve been ordering their CBD gummies for years. The past year the customer service has been awful. My monthly subscription orders never get sent until I email repeatedly. Emails are ignored until the 5th or 6th one. I love the products but the company has changed drastically in the past several months. I’m currently looking for somewhere else to get similar CBD products. Stay away from this company.
Worst store ever. Took 4 days to get an email saying they need to verify my identity. No problem with that other than my order should have been shipped already. Two days later no update so I emailed and asked if my order will not be shipped soon to refund me. No response just a refund. Obviously this business does not need you to buy from them. So find a business that does.

Absolutely failing last several months. The retail processing delays are Also happening on the Wholesale side . Order confirmations but then Nothing! Emails are useless and it’s a shame as the Company has Great Product but if you can’t get it what is the point of trying sell my customers on the brand!!! Very disappointed!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. My order from over a week ago has still not been processed. I’ve emailed customer service - got no where after several emails. Finally had to call and all I got was excuses of why my order was still not processed. They offered 3 day shipped once it is processed but that does me no good. Understand they were closed 2 days for the holidays but they had plenty of “24 hr processing” time after the holidays and yet my order still sits. What a joke and what poor customer service. Do not waste your money or time with this joke of a company .
Be weary ⚠️DO NOT purchase from JUSTCBD.com this company is engaging IN FRAUD they will send a fake tracking number and purposely never ship the item . Item tracking has been pending for 3 weeks and they will cancel the order . Please save your money and go elsewhere ✅
I've tried to use this company 2 times now. Worst Customer service I've dealt with out of any company on line. They might ship your order out and they might not. I've tried there subscription service twice now . Don't waste your time with this company unless you want to pay for product that might show up might not. 3 strikes with this company . 69 bucks I might be out but I won't be wasting my time with this company any more. None of there help website work . When you cancel your order then you might get one that works. Thats how I got tovthete help site, had to cancel my order first.
