Booking your holiday online is incredibly simple. The staff are very efficient and courteous, ready to address any questions you might have. They provide comprehensive explanations regarding your booking and clarify any details. I would certainly recommend their service.
An 8-hour journey (some passengers endured 11 hours!) only to be dropped off about 1.5 miles from the theatre. There was no time for shopping as we arrived close to 5 PM! The driver informed us we had just 45 minutes after the show to return to the coach (which was again 1.5 miles away) or risk being left behind. He actually left three individuals who couldn’t make it back on time. Then it was another hour on the coach to the hotel, which was nice. We didn’t get into our room until 12:40 AM and were told we would be picked up by 9:45 AM or left behind again! We chose not to return with this driver and service, and my daughter drove from a nearby location to pick us up instead, skipping the return trip into the city. We couldn’t face another lengthy journey home, especially with passenger drop-offs along the way! A complete rip-off, disorganized, and unreasonable travel expectations. Awful experience. I will never use this service again and strongly advise others to avoid it!

I will never use this service again and highly recommend avoiding it!
The drivers left two people behind at one stop. I paid for an upgrade for the concert, but we were seated far back, away from the action. The drivers claimed there were no dining facilities at the hotel when there was actually an excellent restaurant. They also wouldn’t provide a contact number. More training is definitely needed.
The hotel, room, and entertainment were good. However, the food was terrible. Disgusting options like tripe, pigs trotters, and pork knuckle were served cold, although a microwave was available. The restaurant was noisy, reminiscent of school dinners. I can't recommend this holiday to anyone. If you stay, opt for bed and breakfast.
