I recently received a pair of skull sneakers and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and design of these shoes.First and foremost, the sneakers are incredibly comfortable to wear. I ordered a shirt from them of course it took awhile for me to getting it. The shirt wasn't like the picture of course was wanting to send it back and get a refund went round and round with them they finally quit repling to my email so I gave up and ate the loss.
Easy ordering and they did advise it could be 20 working days but item arrived in 20 days so quicker than expected. Customer service was very quick to reply but not very informative so I wasn't expecting the item to be honest and thought I would have to claim through PayPal but it then arrived the next day so I should have been more trusting. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I am little disappointed in the colour as online it appeared to be more purple, which is the colour I wanted, but it's far more pink. It still looks nice though, just not the colour I thought, and it seems decent quality. All in all its a nice looking bag. I would order from this company again.
I ordered the JUST LOVE SKULLS & BONES SHOES not sure what to expect when they arrived. Things online don’t always look like the final product. Not the case! They are perfect and top notch quality! I am so happy and can’t wait to order more from JUST LOVE SKULLS!!
I contacted the company to see if my order had been shipped. It’s been about 4 weeks since the order had been placed. I requested information later in the afternoon, not expecting to hear anything from the company. I didn’t have my confirmation number and couldn’t find the original email. I received a few emails from the company that day within the hour, asking targeted questions. They confirmed my order had been shipped and I should receive it soon. My experience with this companies customer service was very good. From their quick response and professionalism, I will continue to purchase products from them.
Just love skulls I ordered shoes 3 weeks ago and yet nothing , tracking label created , they said a week ago I would receive in a few days and nothing yet . They have no number to talk to someone , I see mixed reviews , however I have not received what I payed for and wonder why . I can order on most all websites and within a few days product is in my hand . I am very unhappy at this moment ...
