Well where do we start here. Me and my partner first contacted John Wilkinson heating services and was speaking to a lad named Mike. He gave us the quote and was a really efficient quote we was happy with. They sent an Enginner called Darren out to undergo the boiler task which our old boiler and pipe work was shocking. Darren’s a very nice and re assuring engineer which is very care you get that anymore engineers just want to be in and out of homes. He really did go above and beyond for us he’s repiped out boiler to a very high standard removing the horrendous old pipework. I’ve seen a few comments on John Wilkinson and have seen a lot of praise for this young man. We was really hoping we got Darren and we did indeed and I can see why every single person who has left a review about the young man as we cannot fault him or John Wilkinsons. We’ve recommended darren and the company to friends and family and there all booking in and getting there new boilers. 5 star all round

A fantastic company from the off! I made an enquiry on the Thursday late afternoon and the new boiler was supplied and fitted by 11am Monday morning. Each person I spoke to have been informative, knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly there was no jargon everything was explained clearly at all stages and kept in touch at each stage too. Highly, highly recommend John Wilkinson Heating Services to anyone!
Old boiler had been deemed at risk, did a quote online with JW heating, was contacted straight away and Mike called me back with a quote. Was the best quote I had so booked in and boiler was installed within a 4 days. Louis and Liam arrived early, were courteous and respectful, did a very tidy job. Very happy with my boiler and the service overall. Would recommend.
I had an engineer called Darren. He was amazing. Very professional and took pride in his work. I am absolutely over the moon with my new boiler and it works perfectly. He left my house nice and tidy and I would definitely recommend him to others. Job well done 👍🏼
I recently contacted John Wilkinson Heating Services when looking for a replacement boiler.I was contacted by Mike who was incredibly helpful, answered all the questions I had and arranged the new boiler fitting within just days of the call.The new boiler was fitted, is working perfectly and Mike has been really helpful with any follow up questions/queries.
I was recommend to use JWHS services by my son as he had used them for a new boiler and radiators I contacted them and they gave me a price there and then started the job 24hrs later Mike the engineer was very clean and tidy he fitted a new boiler and flue through the main roof in a day I would certainly recommend JWHS services to anybody wanting to get central heating can’t fault them would I use them again DEFINITELY

Our boiler failed during a very stressful time for the family as well as it being freezing conditions. Kerry was my initial point of contact and was absolutely amazing. Her empathy, kindness and concern was genuine and effective.She arranged a visit within a couple of hours. From that visit we were given clear direct and honest options.John worked with us to ultimately provide the best solution for us. All timeframes were adhered to and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently with no fuss. I highly recommend this company particularly if you have an oil boiler as a lit of engineers do not service/repair/fit oil. Thank you to everyone with an extra special shout out to Kerry 🙂
