Spoke to J.Wilkinson about my Boiler purchase, lovely person , great information,and always there if I needed him, Kerry,Receptionist, friendly, so helpful, can't thank her enough brilliant Liam fitted my boiler, showed all Utility positions then he started the job , hard worker , clean and professional , Product bought , Excellent 👌👍
We experienced first class service from the moment we first spoke with the company to installation. Practical advice that addressed all our heating problems. Very efficient service from accepting their quote to work starting.Heating Engineer was excellent and would not leave our home untill all admin was complete and system and controlls explained.Given our experience, would definatley recommend this company.
We had a new boiler fitted just before Christmas so glad we did . Now that all this cold weather has arrived . The heating engineer was marvellous the quote and everything was really good and the boiler was fitted with the minimum of disruption . Since having the new boiler. Are house is toasty warm and is performing well . Thank you to John Wilkinson. Heating services and their great service. Brilliant, absolutely brilliant company phone Tuesday, and they came out Wednesday. Christmas Eve to fit a brand new boiler. The man who came to fit it was really very polite. Cleaned up after him very nicely. I would definitely recommend JW Heating services plus family room business even better. I'm thinking of getting three radiators done. I know where I will be going
I carnt highly recommend John Wilkinson enough Over the years I have been messed about with heating engineers saying they will come and they don’t! With John Wikinsons business he lets you know when your service is due and if your boiler stops working he is there to repair it within 24 hours !!! Fantastic company. They arrived, introduced themselves and were respectful of my home. They kept areas tidy, explained what needed doing every step of the way. Had a little problem with the radiators not heating fully, but nothing was too much trouble with a follow-up call. John was extremely helpful. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
Please do not be blindsided by this company!!! This man is a BULLY and I experienced it first hand with an amazing hard working engineer, he worked a two man job for one or should have been a one man job for 2 days, which was given to him as a one day job for one person!!!!! I experienced John the BOSS swearing inexcusably at his very experienced employee, which made me feel very uncomfortable this behaviour is so unacceptable!!!!!
I enquired about a new boiler, the week before christmas (!) as ours had just died. Kerry from John Wilkinson rang and talked through options, then John rang to arrange which boiler and when. John was patient (I didn't really know which one was best) and talked through more options and helped us decide.His engineer, Paul, came two days later and was tidy, polite, informative. I am now warm and couldn't be happier with the service. There was no pressure, just friendly advice.
We need replacing our 20yrs old boiler. John himself replied to me almost instantly.With his great experience and patient , we had a video conference so to understand my needs. Mike is a great guy providing professional installation. All goes smoothly within two days. 👍👍👍.
Just excellent all the way through from beginning to end. I spoke with a member of their team and, same day, John called and visited my place, spent time going through the house and the options I had as regards a boiler positioning change, then offered what I knew was a very good price. I contacted him later that evening to accept their services and, after quick, ongoing communication, 3 days later, I have a brand new boiler installed exactly where I wanted it. The installation engineer, Mike, was great. Incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful explaining how everything worked before cleaning up after himself and leaving. Basically, a superb service.
