Wanted to buy a sofa. One of 2 colours. None available online. None available within 45km of me despite the website saying different. Torrevieja store had 16 whilst all other stores within 100km had none. No effort by them to help the sale other than for us to travel 2 hours return to torrevieja. Why furniture cannot be transported to a local store no idea. Awful shop don't buy anything above a cushion
the hole staff in our store in san pedro del pinatar are nice and service orientated. but the jysk— transport service is a desaster (no information about delivery, is standing in front of the house — we are here 🫣)— it's realistic that you have to wait for a delivery 4 weeks and if you ask after 4+2 weeks you get an answer maybe in 1 month — again a desaster— the next delivery should be in the 1st dec week — what do you think? later, or not?at the end by 3 orders a system which is 🖕the customer — but the money is on the jysk account!summery — if possible, look for an other company — service by deliveries is not available by jysk 👎👎👎
Había pedido este edredón por Internet y debía recogerlo en la tienda de Jerez de la Frontera. Las medidas eran 200 x 220. Cuando llegué a la tienda, me dieron el artículo sin embalar, dentro de una gran bolsa azul (como un montón grande). Pregunté dónde estaba el embalaje original, pero la cajera me dijo que así era como debía ser. Como era un paquete enorme y había venido en transporte público, me lo llevé tal cual. Fue muy pesado cargar con un paquete tan grande. Cuando saqué el edredón en casa, salió un pequeño animalito, tenía motitas negras (una especie de pelusas) y había tirones y bucles en el edredón, estaba claro que había sido usado.Cuando lo puse en la cama (ya era sábado por la noche y el servicio de atención al cliente no estaba disponible, además de que se tarda como mínimo una hora y media en llegar y luego volver), resultó que era de la talla equivocada: el edredón mide 220 x 240 en lugar de 200 x 220.Estoy realmente furiosa.I had ordered this comforter online and would pick it up at the store in Jerez de la Frontera. The size was 200x220. When I arrived at the store I was given the item unpackaged in a big blue bag (like a big pile) from the store. I asked where the original packaging was but the cashier said that was how it was supposed to be. Since it was a huge package and I had come by public transportation, I took it that way. Quite a haul with such a large package. When I took the comforter out at home, a small critter came out of it, there were black speckles (a kind of dust) on it and there were pulls and loops in the comforter, it was clearly used.When I put it to bed (by now it's Saturday night and customer service is not available, plus it takes an hour and a half minimum to get there and then back again) it turned out to be the wrong size, the comforter is 220x240 instead of 200x220.I am really furious.
Based on multiple experiences I had recently, they just ignore their customers. Basically they have no interest in selling. Because of this it takes a lot of work to buy anything both at the store and by phone without guarantee of success. I advice to look elsewhere.
The quality of furniture in this company has become very poor ,i bought a sofa that the cushions go out of shape when you sit on it ,and an outside hardwood folding chair that just collapsed when someone sat on it ,they used to make good things but i will not buy any more from Jysk.
I ordered a wardrobe they had listed as having sliding doors it didn't. They never refunded me for this purchaseI was in urgent need of a wardrobe so I ordered another from them with actual sliding doors half the product arrived and they refused to collect it and refund me despite having a receipt they told me to get the wardrobe delivered back to them at my expense and they may refund. DONT BUY FROM JYSK!!!!
Customer service: They have no idea what’s in their own warehouse, increible. Waiting for a table for 1 month Warehouse: They don’t even know what products are being transported in their trucks.I’ve been waiting for over a month just to find out where my order is, and they still can’t tell me if it will arrive next Tuesday or in three weeks. Completely disorganized management. Manage r of this store have to be fired.I would strongly avoid buying from this store.They seriously need to improve their customer service and warehouse coordination.
Sofa bought from Kilkenny store on 18 August told it would be delivered by 22 August. Rang 22nd to be told it was yet to be collected from the warehouse, should arrive by the 28th August. Rang 30th August, oh there's issues with Kilkenny. It will be delivered by 1st Sept.5th September I Rrang again, item delivered 8th September. Was not told it would be a flat pack and need assembly. Went to see Kilkenny store Manager, unapologetic, with a didn't care attitude. Requested a refund of delivery fee. No can do. Contact customer service. AVOID JYSK!
