Ordered here some items and paid extra fee for home delivery by DHL. They announced delivery by Thursday and I re-arranged for Friday. The DHL confirmed. To my surprise they intended delivery although on Thursday, announced next attempt on Friday but they didn't and passed the parcel directly to a pickup point miles away. When I claimed at Jysk they didn't properly attend, simply repeated DHL came twice. Never ever here. I strongly recommend not getting fooled by them.

I used to think Jysk was a good company .. not anymore!! I ordered a duvet to collect in store and when I collected it, it was just handed to me "as is" No packaging whatsoever!! How are they transported? How are they protected from dirt & dust? Where is the hygiene?? Absolutely unbelievable.. not even wrapped up so I could continue shopping. Is this even allowed from a health/hygiene perspective??? Jysk is NOT a market stall where you would expect this sort of thing!! They were just stacked up on shelves where anybody could handle them.. including children with dirty sticky fingers!
Terrible delivery service. I am waiting for my mattress for more than one month now and last 2 weeks delivery is not done. Every day I receive delivery message for next day and my mattress doesn't arrive. Wasted 2 weeks of my life so far with more than 5 delivery attemps. Yesterday spoke to customer cervice who said will arrive today. Today called again and they said on way. Nothing arrived. So far sonce placed order back in 13/03/26 nothing has arrived. Matress costed 900 plus euros. I could bought that somewhere else. My husband went to store and they said they can not help as he has not purchased with them. Absolute joke. Customer Service has stopped replying my calls. I have no money and no matress. This company is a scamm and Woekers in shop are unqualified to lowest level.
Item purchased with delivery cost, item didn't turn up, it was almost like it wasn't an issue, this happened on 3 further occasions, each time arranging for someone to be present. Delivery cost was refunded but nothing to compensate for waiting a month or moving work days, taking time off and generally being messed about. Don't use the delivery if you choose to buy from these people
Waiting now for the third delivery attempt from Estepona JYSK after store provided wrong phone number to third party delivery company. Third party delivery company then claimed they could not find my address (have had no problems with deliveries from other companies). Having to make extra flight from UK to Spain to hopefully take new delivery. You need to be aware of the very poor delivery service provided by JYSK which can cause you hundreds of pounds extra in wasted trips to Spain.No confidence that third delivery is going to be successful.
I placed an order in store in Jysk Murcia on the 23/03 and I have still not received my order, it was for home delivery! I have contacted Jysk on so many occasions and their responses are so unhelpful via email. I have tried calling them but the message states that due to high call volumes they are unable to take my call and the online chat service does not work, it’s not highlighted. I am so angry at Jysk, their customer service is an embarrassment to the company and is honestly non existent. I do not recommend anyone to use them. My order was nearly 600€….16/04/26 Update….Finally received my order, absolutely delighted with the purchases and Jysk came through with a resolution that I am delighted with……
JYSK spain is the worst company I have ever dealt with , They ignore emails, they lie, They use a courier company that lies and makes people wait for days lying saying they called and no on was there , however CCTV footage can prove the lies. DO not order from this terrible company of liars . Untrustworthy and waste peoples time . -100 boycott this terrible company
Don’t buy in jysk in Lorca, we both a cabinet 9 of December, some of it got delivered before Christmas but there was missing a part, now after 6 weeks we still haven’t got the missing part, every time we call we’re promised and promised we will get it, it’s frustrating and bad service from jysk in Lorca, would never happen in Denmark 😤
