Review Time
My son ordered a helmet on 12/02. It was supposed to arrive in 2 days. It still hasn't arrived. When we don't call, they say it will be here in 2-3 days, and it's been like this for 2 weeks.
Be aware of this webshop: I was duped by this shop. I ordered a Vespa windshield for my moped which did not fit. So I sent it back in exact same condition as I received. I paid 60 euro for purchase, then they made me pay 10 euro to send it back. After sending it back I waited for weeks for refund. When I asked for it, they refused to refund any money to me with reason that windshield is not in new condition and was fitted. Obviously I tried to install it but could not. So they threatened me that they will destroy it with no refund. Then they ask me to pay another 6 euros to send same useless peace to me because they can not refund anything. This is nothing but day light robbery. So be careful if you order something, you might not be able to return it in any case. They will make you pay postage and refuse to refund anything. Disappointed with this and I take a vow to never shop from this fraud company. I wish I could give 0 star.
I don't get how this company gets 4 stars. All I read is reviews of unsatisfied customers, and I'm one of them. Worst service ever, this company should be closed down! You order stuff and it either doesn't arrive or you get something you haven't ordered. And customer service is non-existent, the one time I managed to get someone on the phone they were downright rude. I lost my money, they lost a client. Never ever again. Perfect example of how not to run a webshop.
