Review Time
Paid for expedited shipping for 2 rings as I wanted to allow plenty of time incase of any issues. Expedited shipping states 3-5 business days. It has been one full week since placing the order and it hasn't even been dispatched. The order status page states "the dress will be under tailoring after 12 hours". The experience is completely polished until the company takes your money and then everything completely falls apart. I feel robbed and I know demanding a refund is pointless since they have not responded to any of my emails so far.
Super Scam don't waist your time or money, inmate a purchase a week in a half ago and I paid extra to expedite and it still said beeing process. They haven't even shipped it off yet and you cannot get intouch with anyone, they are not replying back to email as I have sent several, $300 dollars gone down the drain. #SuperrScam
Item not delivered delivery date doesn't make sense. Says item put through door it wasn't. It wouldn't fit through door. Not giving refund. Why would you send an expensive ring with a cheap courier and not use a courier requiring a signature or a safe pick up point.
