Quality of ring is not the same as advertised I pay for expedited shipping and it took a month and in half to even get here. Customer service is somewhat decent honestly would not ever do it again and I definitely don’t recommend buying from this company

It’s just awful no way do you charge $25 for fast 3-5 day shipping and it’s been well over a week and still nothing. I’ve sent so many emails and no response it’s ridiculous this is the worst customer service experience ever it’s truly pathetic Follow up my order has still not arrived and it has been 3 weeks
Very misleading refund policy. They advertise a 60-day refund policy, but hide the fact that international shipping has to be paid in that case, amounting to around 30% of the total value. Even if they mess up like sending the wrong ring size in my case. Stay away!
I paid $162 for a moon halo ring ordered it December the 3rd I thought surely I’d get it before Christmas,that didn’t happen,I had to get ahold of them and let them know I purchased the ring,they didn’t know anything about,so that sucked trying to get ahold of them but finally I did and they then sent it to me 3 days after Christmas,I got the ring the stone on the ring looked like a piece of plastic,it looked nothing like what there website ,I paid for the ring to be engraved and the engraving was so tiny you couldn’t see it with a magnifying glass,so I told them I wanted a refund they said I would have to ship it back to them in China and pay for international shipping which would be no telling how much,then they offered me %30 off my order and keep the bubble gum ring,if I knew it was china I wouldn’t even of bought the ring,Karollove is a scam,I wouldn’t buy anything from them,they cheap rings,fake!
Products look great, prices competitive, paid with credit card, product never arrived, supplier no response. Avoid!!!OK, so the ring arrived, 4 weeks after the event, and looks great, although the 7 carat central stone is enormous! On that basis, I've changed the rating to a 3/5.
Well I should have read more reviews. Ordered my ring it arrived and was too small therefore I ordered another as it was for a present and requested a refund for the original, what a waste of time. I have had no response to any emails I’ve sent and now that’s £115 down the drain. Useless company, shop elsewhere!
