I am using your product for over 3 years now and in the last few months there was a massive improvement.
I originally bought 2 codes back then but upgraded it to 150 000 credits a month.
I do 3 posts a day everyday for a whole month. I login in the beginning of the month and setup my whole months posts for my WordPress site with easy.
Whats really nice are the following: Summary, Feature image, Internal linking, Expert Quotes all getting done within my post.
Google an AI bot also like the posts and list them very fast.

Back in July 2023 I purchased the lifetime deal through Katteb for the 150000 characters. This was because I had previously bought through appsumo 2 codes giving me 30000 characters and I loved it. So with a total of 180000 I started using it as my main ai tool.I haven't logged it for some time as not been creating much but thought I would relog ok this week to start using again. On doing so I found all my credits and account had been lost and was faced with a free account and only 5000 charactersUpdate: After contacting support they have now reinstated my free credits. The tool itself is worth 5 stars in my opinion and after support being quick I thought would update my experience here
I purchased a lifetime deal with Ketteb and had credits available on the original platform. Since the new platform update, all of my LTD credits have disappeared. I have emailed support multiple times and never received a single reply. It genuinely feels like there is no support at all.What makes this worse is that even after sending proof of purchase, nothing has been restored and no explanation has been given. Yet I still receive their marketing emails encouraging me to buy more lifetime deal credits. That is pretty frustrating when I am simply asking for the credits I already paid for to be honoured.I would much rather have access to the original LTD credits I purchased than be pushed to spend more money. At the moment, the lack of communication and lost credits makes this feel very unfair and disappointing.
This is a company I bought the LTD back in November 2024.It did it's job well until it stopped sometime during the summer 2025 and I have heard its because there was some drawbacks and they had to start over.The Pro writer worked but the fact checker was off for a while. OUT of chance I read an email saying that Katteb has been improved and that was before the 2025 year out at New years eve so I decided to check it out and I must say it was different.The company replied to me back stating all the changes made and after all this time they honored my LTD license even after having to go through so much.
So I have been using Katteb for a few years, and recently they have completely updated the app. In the old version, I found it very difficult to navigate around the app. For me, the most useful tool was the writer and fact checker. However, I found the old image creator to be a little buggy, so I did not use it much. With the latest updated version of this app, there is a huge overhaul, and in a good way. Everything just makes sense now, and I think this tool has finally found it's identity, which is in article creation focused on SEO (at least that's the way I see it). So far, I am really impressed with the output, and regarding the image creator, much better!Keep up the good work guys. For a while, I thought the project was abandoned, and then when I got the news for this huge update, I was, and am, really grateful and happy!

They do not allow for a comprehensive evaluation of their services for free. After paying for a yearly subscription, I tried them - the rewriting service works poorly, the Humanizer service is useless. The helpdesk does not work, and they do not respond to emails sent to support.
I think this program has a lot of potential, I'll go over the positives first. It generates a lot of good writing content and makes writing articles/post very customizable. The generative AI images look pretty good and follow commands pretty well. However, when using the writing/rewriting tool, guidelines aren't always followed correctly. Descriptions for certain tools are necessarily accurate, for example the Amazon Review tool doesn't write up reviews, it just writes product descriptions. Also, the AI images generated usually have some sort of hiccup (extra arms, fingers, etc.)
