Great family vacation!

Very nice condo, great location, Pool, and other amenities were nice and well maintained. Onsite restaurant was had great views and friendly staff.

We were booking a pretty last-minute…

We were booking a pretty last-minute trip for Christmas to Kauai. I could not find any places on Airbnb or VRBO that seem to be available for our dates.I called and Janette and Alyssa immediately found three wonderful condos for me and the kids to stay in for our Christmas trip.We got to experience the east and south accommodations. Their recommendations on everything from car rentals and getting around were very helpful.The condos were amazing. The first place we were in had beachfront views that I don’t think could be topped. To wake up that first morning and see one of the most beautiful sunrises was a magnificent beginning to our stay.We definitely recommend staying with this team.

Lovely space

Great house for large family

Our stay at the lovely Pinnacle at Poipu was wonderful. The house had so many nice lanai's to sit back and relax alone or with everyone else. The pool with its waterfall was very inviting. A plus you weren't required to be the cleaning crew before leaving, although we did tidy up before leaving. Which is good because now you are assured the crew did come in and clean. I called twice to inquire about a few things and phone was answered promptly. I Would recommend Kauai Exclusive properties to friends, and would stay at Pinnacle again.

Stay at PiliMai 10H

Great place to stay with Good Views of Golf course and great amenities.. one issue was The Dishes and utensils had strong smell of egg and we found this uncomfortable

Not as responsive as we would like

We called upon arrival to report that both the screen doors and slider doors in our condo were not working properly. We were told that someone would be sent out to asses and repair them. No one ever came and no follow up occurred.
