The Nihi Kai Villa was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well kept, including the gorgeous grounds! We had very sufficient accommodations such as towels, bedding, cookware, dishes and utensils. Appliances were in good working order and sufficient for our needs. We stayed in 508. You may want to check out the screen door to the upstairs patio, as it appears to be jammed. Only other thing to look at is the doorknob to the downstairs King Bedroom, which isn't working quite properly.
This house was beautiful and well maintained. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The location was wonderful. The management was easy to work with and get ahold of for questions. Would definitely stay here again!
Kauai Exclusive reached out via their host to help us schedule any excursions, however we already had them scheduled. The location of Waipouli Beach Resort was perfect allowing us ease of travel between the north and southern excursions. You will find a Safeway across the street for your groceries and an ABC store amoung other stores. The resort has a beautiful pool,slides, and hot tubs for family and couples. We spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying both mountain and ocean views when not exploring the island. Various seating options and the ability to have dinner on the lanai were perfect. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking options. Recommended food trucks are El Taco Felix and Mama Bear’s Kitchen. Tidepools for a fancy meal and Lemongrass grill just up the street for great drinks during happy hour. Also. Coconut marketplace near buy. We shared a teriyaki chicken plate lunch with sticky rice and chicken macadamia nut pesto salad that was amazing for 14.99 from Island Market Place. Can’t beat the price! We only had one draw back and that was not being able to use the jet tub in the shower/tub combo in bathroom after a rough rafting ride on the Napoli as the plug didn’t stop the drain. We compensated and found our way to the hot tub in the pool area. I would definitely stay here again! I would recommend Kauai Exclusive Management!
Besides being such a beautiful condo, it was super clean. Everything was top notch, appliances, cookware and everything we needed was there. The sunrises from the lanai were breathtaking. The resort/pool area was beautiful, we even worked out a few times in the well equipped gym. Excellent place to stay, we would definitely like to stay here again.
Best vacation ever! This was our second time using KEM, great communication throughout the booking and check-in process, and the Waipouli Resort is nothing short of spectacular!
