Prince Kuhio 322 is 10 stars! And so is Kauai Exclusive Management w it’s excellent communication for the BEST equipped place ever with beautiful views from the 2 balconies. Love the W/D, comfy furniture, lovely artwork, extra bathroom, TV that let us add our apps, gorgeous property, wonderful pool. Perfect location! Kauai Mgmt was in touch to offer any assistance we might need. We knew ahead about the stairs (no elevator) - the climb was worth it for this dream place! I have no suggestions for improvements -except, as others have mentioned, how about some potholders? 😊 Hands down: the BEST! Mahalo!
Room was amazing! Great location, right on the beach, close to airport, and central to most of the things we wanted to do. Grocery store across the road with small shopping center to include the best shaved ice and Starbucks. Chairs, coolers, etc available in the office for rent.
We called about 6 or 7 times for various reasons asking questions and each and every time the customer service was outstanding! We used the concierge service to book a luau and a boat tour. I felt like I was the only person they were helping but in reality I know I wasn't. This by far is the the easiest way to book excursionsOnce in the unit we did experience an issue with the clothes washer. A technician arrived shortly after the call and did not leave till the problem was resolved.
The unit H206 was exceptionally clean. The mananger Sean was there to greet us and to make sure all of our needs were met. He told us about the concierge now available for our excursions and dinner reservations. It was an very enjoyable 9 day experience
While the house was clean with new beds, seemingly new furniture, and a great location — close to the beach and other activities, the light fixtures constantly flickered, appliances worked intermittently (oven didn't work upon arrivlal, but thankfully there was a contractor who was available to help troubleshoot. Microwave stopped working halfway through - had to flip the breaker, some kitchen outlets didn't work, and upstairs fans stopped working). On day of check out the team was incredible inflexible — kicking a my brother-in-law and 2yr old neice out while they were waiting to be picked up because check-out was "promptly at 10am".
