We are 9 days i to our 13 day luxury escapes tour of vietnam starting in ho chi minh then danang, hoian currently in hanoi for a few nights then halong bay. The whole trip has been superbly organised, luxury all the way. Our guide ‘Long’ is outstanding - he has gone out of his way to make this the trip of a lifetime for us - highly recommend !
Using the chat format for my change of date was quite slow & it did not follow my instructions when asking for confirmation. I gave the date change but it confirmed my original dates so decided to ring to speak with an agent as dealing with a bot is quite irritating. Charlie H provided good communication & got back promptly after speaking with the hotel with date change & confirmation. For the future, I prefer to speak with someone rather than the chat format. Good outcome so thank you.
