At the beginning of September, I signed up with Lifefunds because they advertised an opportunity to earn steady income by making transfers to a designated beneficiary. They claimed the transfers were meant to support YouTubers in increasing their online visibility. Since some participants reported receiving commissions, it seemed legitimate at first.
I completed an initial transfer and saw a commission credited. After that, I sent €499 and was instructed to “validate” the transaction with an additional transfer of €1,540 in order to unlock the profits. According to them, the total return from these transactions would exceed €2,800.
Once I sent the €1,540 validation payment, a supposed system error appeared. I was then told that to recover all my funds and commissions, I needed to make yet another transfer of €1,540. Altogether, I had committed more than €5,100 just to retrieve my own money.
The final transfer was successfully processed, and I have official bank confirmation that the funds reached the recipient. However, Lifefunds claims the payment was never received. The so-called “task professor” only replies with scripted messages such as “Please check with your bank.” There is no phone support or real customer service.
At this point, I have over €5,000 in losses and no clear resolution, despite their promise that “your money will never be lost and will be fully reimbursed with commissions in case of any issue.”
Fortunately, thanks to 𝙛𝕦𝚓𝙚O, I was able to recover my losses, and I am very grateful for their assistance.
A reprehensible company.I hardly reveal my circumstances to others. Although it was excessively embarrassing, I must compose this for the benefit of others. While I successfully accessed my monies with 𝖬𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐏𝐀𝐓𝖧's assistance, I do not endorse Kcex because of their withdrawal complications.
I tried to withdraw $25k, but KKEX said that I needed a VIP account to withdraw that amount. To become a VIP account I needed a balance of $5000. So I asked to cancel my withdrawal and I would leave $5000 into my account to convert to a VIP account. They said the withdrawal cannot be canceled. That I had to deposit another $5000. I don't trust that I can get the money back even If I deposited the money. Then I would have lost even more money.
This service provider has been incredibly disappointing. They accepted my payment but refused to refund any amount. After exhausting all options, their team changed their position after multiple failed attempts. Another service ended up providing exceptional assistance and safeguarded my funds.
