The customer support and shipping are the worst. I ordered on December 2nd, and there's been no update on my parcel. It's been 16 days! This has happened before, and they don't refund when parcels are lost! Terrible support; I won’t purchase from them again.
I ordered leggings after seeing the company on Instagram. The ordering process was easy, but they don't provide refunds. If you return for an exchange, you must ship to Australia, which costs at least £10 from the UK. Avoid unless you’re completely sure about the items.
This store offers the worst customer experience. I purchased several items in August 2025 and requested a larger size for one pair of shorts. Two months have passed since the item arrived at their store, and they still haven't shipped the new size to me. I've tried contacting their support multiple times via email, but received no response. I do not recommend buying from them.
I encountered an issue with one of the products I purchased, so I reached out for assistance. A representative from Customer Care helped me and arranged for a replacement after assessing my situation. She was very kind and understanding! I appreciate her help.
