Review Time
Went out shopping for Jewelry for my wife for Valentines day. Found a piece I thought she may like, so purchased it. Also purchased another piece down the street from Kay Jewelers. Being the typical guy, I stink at picking out Jewelry, and usually strike out, so this was the reason for multiple purchases.
Ironically (not to their fault of course) my wife saw almost the same exact necklace/pendant on my sons GF that same day, and they cant have the same Jewelry of course, so she went with the one from Kay, and I went to return the item to Kendra Scott that same day. Had everything exactly as if I had just purchased it and walked out the door I then found out "No refunds, only exchange or store credit."
Will not ever purchase here again, and putting the word out to others to share the policy so others don't get caught in the same trap.
I ordered a pair of pink dangle earrings and in 2 weeks one stone fell out.
I then looked at all the necklaces, bracelets and earrings I've ordered over the last 1-2-3-4 years at a cost of well over $2000. A number of them have lost the gold color and the underlying brass is all that remains.
The quality of this jewelry is very low and cheap. I extremely disappointed, not only with the crappy items that I have to throw away, but also with the horrible customer service. They accused me of abusing the jewelry. I never wash with it on or use perfume and take it off immediately upon my return to my home.
I will NEVER buy any more inferior Kendra Scott products again!
I ordered a pair of earrings, a ring, and a bracelet. Unfortunately, the bracelet was not included in the package with the other items, nor did it arrive later. Despite sending multiple emails about my missing item, I have not received any response. I really wish I could have either received a refund or had the item sent to me.

I received a damaged bracelet and was asked to return it at my own expense. I also attempted to get a price adjustment on two items I ordered less than two weeks ago, but they only price match within a week. I'm really not satisfied with the customer service provided.
I purchased a set of earrings and a necklace, but the earrings don't stay closed, and charms are falling off. They instructed me to return to the store, which is far away and not feasible. I spent money on what was meant to be a special item, and now I have unusable earrings. I can't recommend their product quality or customer service.
I bought a soccer ball charm necklace for $75 and added a $50 bracelet for free shipping. The quality is extremely low for the price; it feels like cheap costume jewelry. I'm hesitant to return it as I don't want to upset my daughter, but we could have easily made something similar ourselves.

I was informed my delivery would arrive at a specific time, so I stayed home to receive it. However, the delivery company later claimed the driver couldn't access my home. I contacted customer service, but they showed no concern for my wasted time and didn't resolve the issue. The package arrived too late for an important occasion, forcing me to buy another gift last minute. I'm very disappointed with the service.
