I am truly heartbroken to find out that this incredible brand has decided to shut down 💔. I only discovered this company over a year ago and have since bought numerous items, becoming obsessed after my first purchase. I wanted to enrich my wardrobe with their offerings; I could never have enough of their clothes. I genuinely believed the company was flourishing, so it's devastating to hear this news 😢. In a world dominated by fast fashion and low-quality garments, this brand provided me with the confidence and inspiration to embrace a more unique style. There will never be another brand like it, and I'm left wondering where I will shop now 😢.
I haven't received any replies from the support team about a poorly constructed collar on my t-shirt. I would like to return it, but I don't believe I should incur any costs since it was not made properly. I'm unable to proceed with the return until I hear back from them, and the return window is closing. This experience has been frustrating, and I'm disappointed with the quality of the item.
