Our visit to Prague was wonderful! It was so easy to walk to sites, restaurants, and beautiful historical landmarks. Our tour guide, Radeon, was amazing, thoughtful, and kind with our tours and his knowledge of the city and Czech history. I learned so much more than from just reading brochures. He was so welcoming and I felt so proud and happy of my Czech heritage! Viktor was our wonderful driver throughout the city, countryside, and airport. He was very kind and courteous :) Mirek was fantastic as a guide for our hike to Saxony Switzerland. I wish we could have stayed in the beautiful country and city a lot longer!!
Emma Dunkinson and her team planned the most amazing adventure for our group of six . She was in constant contact with me (I was the main point person for our friends). Emma was knowledgeable and answered every question with a calming and supportive manner. She went above and beyond and treated us as though we were her only clients and made us all feel so special. From golfing and wine tasting in New Zealand to private penguin experiences, Uluru learung experience and hikes in Australia, and snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef, we were never disappointed. The accommodations were all amazing and very unique. The local guides informative and friendly.This is a trip we will never forget and could never have done it without Emma and Kensington. We will be using Kensington again. Only wish we could always use Emma!
During a week-long private guided tour of Wales, the guide was consistently friendly and knowledgeable about the parts of his country that we visited and flexible enough to make recommendations to augment or modify the itinerary to enhance the tour. The reserved accommodations were either converted mansions or a well-established local hotel serving excellent food.
