This is the quickest referencing has been completed for us. We finished all the steps in the evening outside of our estate agents hours, and then were called by our agent in the morning to say we had been accepted. I believe if we had completed the process as soon as we'd received the link from our agent, we would have been called within an hour with the decision. Usually we've had to wait for our references to be called or emailed and our wage slips and bank statements to be looked at which can take days or weeks. We honestly can't believe how quick this was.
