I honestly can’t believe how garbage their application process is. A secondary school kid could have built a better platform in a weekend! Once you upload a document, that’s it — you’re stuck with it forever. You can’t remove it, can’t replace it, can’t do anything. I even tried switching devices, clearing everything, reopening the page — nothing works.It’s shocking how something this broken is even live. I’m in tech, and I can tell you with confidence that even a beginner developer could design something miles better. My referencing, which normally takes 1–2 days, has now turned into weeks of waiting with zero updates, zero visibility, and zero accountability.Everything is hanging in thin air. No communication, no logic, no clue what’s going on. Whoever built and approved this system should be embarrassed. Total clowns running this show!
Bunch of brainless guys running this company and wasting time of tenants & landlords. I used them for a recent refenrcing and they are so dumb to understand that a self assessment is not required to submit if your company is paying for your taxes. I shared my salary slip which clearly states all deductions etc but these guys keep asking for additional docuements. Even a bank statement of over 20K was not enough for them!
It was good, it saved my details from a previous entry and made everything smooth. 4 stars only because I think it said the form takes up to 4 minutes to complete, where it took me about 35 minutes (I do not struggle with IT either). So just feedback on managing expectations there. However, again I must clarify that I am happy overall.
