I never got an instant decision, in fact ive heard nothing. This system does not work if you are already a tenant but the letting agent needs to means test you because you have gone from joint to single tenancy, surely looking at income and outgoing is much simpler. The rest of the form is pointless as did it 9 years ago. This needs to be addressed because this system does not fit every applicant.
