Couldn't help me and had to chase them

I asked them a question, waited ages for an answer, they answered a different question, I chased them, gave up and cancelled my account.

Giving lawyers a bad name…

Even by the standards of the profession these guys reach new depths. From a letter confirming instructions and promising a response within a week and then taking nearly 14 months to never answering emails or returning calls.Used the complaints process to ask for an independent partner to review the case i was fobbed off with "no case to answer" Avoid as there are plenty of good lawyers out there.
