I was represented by a professional during my divorce, and I couldn’t have wished for better support. They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional, yet always kind and understanding. From the very beginning, they were honest and set realistic expectations, explaining every step of the process. I truly valued their calm, non-adversarial approach, which kept things constructive and focused on resolution. Thanks to their guidance, my divorce was resolved amicably. I am deeply grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend their services.
I was referred to a professional to assist with a licensing issue related to my property. I had not met them before, but their performance was outstanding: well-informed, focused, and of great value to me. I recommend them without hesitation.
I was recommended Charlotte to write my will by a colleague. My situation is complex and difficult to talk about, but Charlotte immediately put me at ease, normalised a complicated story, and gave me sound advice and guidance. She was professional and efficient as well as warm and empathic. All fees were clear and upfront.
Joke of a law firm. Had the misfortune of dealing with them as they were chosen by my landlord when I was assigning a shop lease. £2,700 plus VAT for a very straightforward task. Slow, supercilious and unprofessional. Also refused to issue a VAT invoice after repeatedly requesting one. To the administrator of your reviews; please don’t post a reply feigning sympathy. If you cared about the way you treated paying clients in the first instance, you would conduct yourself differently and I wouldn’t need to write such a negative review.
I highly recommend this firm. Very efficient service. Lorraine was very responsive with communication. Even on weekends. Having a good service made an otherwise difficult situation easier to go through. And I got a very good outcome for my case.
Natasha Forman professionally advised and set out tactics I could employ in the maze of legal pitfalls with regards to finding an amicable solution with my former employer. She equipped me with confidence, tactics and legal knowledge to have those difficult conversations. She is professional, fast in responding, has hands on experience, thinks outside the box, consider all manners to protect her clients and is pleasant to deal with. Hope not to be in similar position in the future but would hire her again without hesitation.
I was recommended Keystone through my police federation. I have been exceptionally grateful for their recommendation.Hannah Cornish has been outstanding from start to finish over the course of a torrid three years of hearings, ranging from specific issue orders and advice on a prohibited steps order, both as applicant and respondent, spanning initial divorce, relocation and financial settlement. In all instances, I achieved the result I had sought, which is enormous testament to that support as a single father of three children.I have worked professionally with a number of solicitors over the years and I can say that whilst Hannah is as professional and knowledgeable as the best, what sets her apart is her personable approach, but tempered with her delivery and decisiveness. Hannah was able to discern when to give advice and when to direct, as well as when to be frank and honest. This was hugely important in making crucial decisions during the process. Her commitment over a three-year period was unwavering and genuinely compassionate.Keystone’s administration and accounting has been consistent and incredibly understanding - coping with depression and a diagnosis of ADHD during proceedings, I felt that when I needed to ask for support or understanding it was given (my time management is awful) and the firm demonstrated real acceptance of my need for levity when required.Even if it was a case of basing my feedback on outcomes, those results would speak for themselves; however I would recommend Keystone for that professionalism and understanding which was so important through such a prolonged period of time.
I worked with Sheena Ray on a couple of recent property transactions, that each had complications to be dealt with. Sheena always responded promptly and with good business sense. I would thoroughly recommend her and her team.
